Age Groups and Distances

Each age group in the Vanderhoof Aquathon has specific swim and run distances:

  • 3–5 years: 25 m swim, 100 m run
  • 6–7 years: 50 m swim, 150 m run
  • 8–9 years: 100 m swim, 450 m run
  • 10–11 years: 200 m swim, 500 m run
  • 12–13 years: 300 m swim, 1 km run
  • 14–15 years: 400 m swim, 1.5 km run
  • 16–19 years: 500 m swim, 3 km run
  • 20+ years: 500 m swim, 2 km run, 5 km run
